Address Your Stress Course

Address Your Stress

A practical course with Tanya and Rosi Pletzer

Stress affects almost every part of our lives, including our physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships and ability to make clear decisions.

Address Your Stress is designed to help you better understand your stress responses and develop practical strategies for managing both current and future challenges.

Rather than feeling controlled by stress, you will learn how to respond with greater awareness, choice and confidence.

Our intention is to help you:

  • understand what causes and intensifies your stress

  • recognise automatic thoughts and behaviours

  • develop practical tools for managing difficult moments

  • use your mind in a more supportive and empowering way

  • create healthier habits around work, rest and play

  • respond proactively rather than reactively

What you will explore

  • mastering your mind

  • mindfulness and meditation

  • understanding your autopilot

  • positive self-talk

  • goal setting

  • authenticity with yourself and others

  • supporting your overall wellbeing

  • pausing before reacting

  • understanding why you behave the way you do

  • prioritising and scheduling

  • creating sustainable, healthy habits

  • recognising the choices available to you
