Getting Started
-
A: Energy Mastery is the practical, evidence-informed framework at the heart of Tanya's work. It's built around three pillars — self-awareness, energy balance, and purpose & direction — and helps individuals and teams move out of chronic stress and into sustainable, purposeful performance. You can read more on the Energy Mastery page.
-
A: Both. Individuals come to this work when they're feeling run down, out of balance, or ready for change — through coaching, healing, yoga or holistic health support. Organisations come to Tanya for workshops, keynotes and programs that build resilience and reduce burnout across teams and leadership.
-
A: No. While many people come to this work during a difficult period, it's equally suited to those who feel "fine" but sense something is out of balance, or who simply want to build better habits before burnout sets in. The work meets you wherever you're starting from.
-
A: It's both, in a way that's intentional. The Energy Mastery framework is grounded in the science of nervous system regulation and behavioural change, while sessions can also draw on intuitive and holistic approaches depending on what you're looking for. Tanya's approach is practical and human — not abstract, and not about quick fixes.
-
A: Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented — it helps you build self-awareness, manage energy and align your actions with what matters to you. It is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment. If you're navigating a mental health condition, coaching can complement professional treatment, but isn't a substitute for it. [PLACEHOLDER — Tanya to confirm/refine this wording, especially around scope of practice.]
-
A: Yes — this is one of the most common questions, and there's no need to figure it out alone. Book a free 15-minute conversation and Tanya will help you work out whether coaching, intuitive healing, mindset work, yoga or something else is the right fit for you.
-
A: The typical pathway is: a free 15-minute conversation to understand what you need, followed by a paid initial consultation (around 1.5 hours) to go deeper, and then ongoing sessions tailored to your goals. For organisations, the process usually starts with a conversation to understand your team's needs before Tanya proposes a workshop, program or speaking format.
1:1 sessions (coaching, healing, yoga & health consults)
-
A: Tanya offers personal coaching & mentorship, intuitive energy and chakra healing, private yoga and embodiment sessions, and holistic health consultations. Each is designed to support a different aspect of energy, clarity and wellbeing. They can be combined depending on what you need.
-
A: Intuitive healing is an energy-based practice focused on identifying and addressing imbalances in the body's energy centres (chakras), supporting overall balance and wellbeing. This is a hands on session for one hour, offerring deep relaxation and intuitve insights
-
A: As a general guide: coaching & mentorship suits people wanting clarity, structure and accountability around personal or professional goals; intuitive healing suits those seeking energetic alignment and balance; private yoga supports nervous system regulation and embodiment; and holistic health consultations take a whole-person view of your wellbeing. If you're unsure, book a free 15-minute conversation and Tanya will help you decide.
-
