Please join with like-minded people, every second Tuesday, to sit in sacred space and spend time devoted to yourself. Learn to meditate, develop a better relationship with self, quieten your mind and reduce stress. You will be introduced to many effective ways to still the mind including breath awareness, creative visualization and sound. We will also talk about strategies to deal with every day stresses and explore the concept of active awareness, discernment, boundaries and energy management.
